As we scale, we need dedicated operational leadership. We're looking for someone to lead operations and work closely with our COO to build the foundation for our next phase of growth.
Your first three months: You'll work closely with our COO - learning the business, understanding our context, and getting hands-on mentorship as you settle in. This is about setting you up for success and building a strong working relationship.
As you get comfortable: You'll increasingly lead operational execution while partnering with the COO on strategic decisions about how we grow and scale our operations. You'll have significant autonomy in day-to-day execution, but you're not alone - you'll collaborate with leadership on bigger decisions and direction.
You'll drive operational execution across finance (P&L, cash flow, budgeting), legal (existing contracts, annual reviews), systems (tools, vendors, infrastructure), and coordination (benefits, travel).
You'll work to spot issues early, make thoughtful calls about when to add process versus when to stay nimble, and ensure operations support great work rather than create obstacles.
You'll collaborate with our Talent Manager (who focuses on team development and hiring) on the operational side of people systems - benefits, insurance, relocation support, vacation management.
